Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose of this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply to your use of Wrenkit (the "Service"), in addition to our Terms of Use. It applies to every user of the Service, including users on the free trial, paying subscribers, and users of the free Task Board.

By using Wrenkit you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, and where the violation is material, no refund will be issued.

2. Prohibited content (AI tools)

Wrenkit's Multi-Angle Shots and AI Image Creator tools must not be used to generate, upload, or process any of the following:

• Counterfeit goods. Images intended to depict, promote, market, or facilitate the sale of counterfeit, replica, or knock-off products. This includes, without limitation, fake or replica versions of branded apparel, footwear, watches, handbags, jewellery, electronics, cosmetics, and toys.
• Trademark infringement. Images that include or imitate the registered trademarks, logos, brand names, trade dress, mascots, or distinctive packaging of any third party (including but not limited to Nike, Adidas, Puma, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Prada, Rolex, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Disney, Marvel, Pokémon, Nintendo, Supreme, Off-White, Balenciaga, Yeezy, Air Jordan, Apple, Starbucks) without explicit written authorisation from the rights holder.
• Copyright infringement. Images that reproduce or substantially copy a third party's copyrighted artwork, photograph, illustration, character, or other protected work without permission.
• Identifiable real people without consent. Images of identifiable real individuals (including celebrities, public figures, and private persons) without their explicit consent. This includes "deepfake" or face-swap content.
• Deceptive or misleading product imagery. Images that misrepresent the appearance, materials, size, origin, or function of a product in a way intended to deceive buyers.
• Sexual or adult content. Nudity, sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive content, or any pornographic content of any kind.
• Content involving minors. Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative depiction of a minor. We will report any such activity to law enforcement.
• Hateful, harassing, or violent content. Content that promotes violence, terrorism, hatred, or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Illegal goods. Imagery of weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or any other product whose sale is restricted or prohibited in the user's jurisdiction.
• Fraud and scams. Imagery intended to facilitate fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, or any other form of consumer deception.

3. Prohibited uses of the platform

Regardless of the tool being used, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, any other user's account, or the underlying infrastructure
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers, including by sending automated requests in volumes that exceed normal human use
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the output of the AI tools as part of a competing image-generation service
• Create multiple accounts to evade usage limits, repeat free trials, or circumvent enforcement actions taken against another account
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage or interfere with computer systems
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations in your country, in India, or in any other jurisdiction relevant to your use of the Service

4. Content moderation

To enforce this policy, we apply automated server-side checks to text prompts submitted to the AI tools. Prompts that contain prohibited terms (such as references to known counterfeited brands, replica/knock-off terminology, or sexual or illegal content) are rejected before any image is generated.

We may also review generation history, account activity, and user reports to identify violations. We do not pre-screen every output, and the absence of an automated rejection does not mean that a particular use is permitted.

5. Enforcement

If we identify a violation of this AUP, we may, at our discretion and depending on the severity of the violation:

• Issue a written warning
• Block specific prompts or features for your account
• Suspend your account temporarily pending investigation
• Terminate your account permanently and delete associated content
• Withhold any refund for the unused portion of your subscription where the violation is material
• Report the activity to law enforcement, payment partners (including Polar), or affected rights holders where required by law or where we determine it is necessary

For serious violations (including, without limitation, counterfeit imagery, content involving minors, or fraud) we will terminate the account immediately and without prior notice.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe a Wrenkit user is violating this policy, or if you are a rights holder who believes content generated using Wrenkit infringes your rights, please contact us:

Please include enough information for us to investigate, including (where applicable) the nature of the violation, the identity or username of the user, links or screenshots, and your contact details.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be effective on posting, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
